Hi! I am an entrepreneur researcher, a deep democracy facilitator, and a coach. I am a learner, passionate about relationships, self-development, empowering leaders, turning challenges into soil for growth, facilitating group discussions and multi-stakeholder processes. I co-lead the Deep Democracy Institute Ukraine, an autonomous hub for learning and practicing ProcessWork and Deep Democracy. I am a board member of the IAPOP (International Association of Process-Oriented Psychology). Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, due to the war, I currently live in Geneva.
