For over twenty years, I have supported individuals and organizations seeking authentic transformation. Through Quantum Lead, which I founded in 2014, I am dedicated to fostering forms of leadership that are more conscious, vibrant, and deeply connected to the world.

My encounter with Processwork in 2015 was a profound revelation. This powerful approach, which embraces complexity, tensions, and paradoxes as gateways to growth, now infuses every aspect of my professional and personal journey.

 I also co-founded in France, the Maison du Processwork, driven by the belief that these practices can transform the way we live, lead, and collaborate.

As a certified Processwork Diplomate (IAPOP) and an active member of the global Deep Democracy Institute community, what inspires me is creating spaces(especially for French speaking people), where what is trying to emerge can be heard—turning challenges into pathways for greater awareness, deeper cooperation, and meaningful change.
