Hi! I'm Julia and a pleasure to be here in our deep democracy alliance! 

Process Work coach, facilitator and action researcher through the filter of the Deep Democracy Institute International and Deep Democracy Alliance co-learning and collaboration teaching and learning network.

My inner necessity to learn how to reduce human suffering without accidentally causing more suffering led me to Process Work and the Deep Democracy Institute's focus on stakeholder engagement in very hot situations, and burning my wood around unconscious privileges in an experiential  learning path which centred global north and global south exchange as co-learners and now as co-teachers.
