Anna (Gabrysia) Gabryjelska , M.A., PW Dipl.

Hi, I’m Gabrysia from Poland! I’m passionate about bringing Processwork and Deep Democracy into a wide range of settings—whether it’s supporting individual growth, facilitating multi-stakeholder dialogues, enhancing leadership and team collaboration, or offering counseling for couples and families.

I’ve had the privilege of working across various fields, cultural contexts, and sectors—facilitating in businesses, startups, NGOs, public institutions, art groups, and community settings. I also teach Processwork at the Polish Processwork Institute and am a co-founder of the Processwork Institute Lithuania. Being immersed in diverse environments keeps me curious and continually deepens my understanding of myself and others.

In recent years, I’ve been exploring and practicing various spiritual paths, including tantra and yoga, with a focus on how life energy expresses itself through creativity and  through the challenges we label as problems. And how one flows into the other.

Nature is essential to me. I feel most alive when I’m dancing, singing, diving, sailing, or simply soaking in the world around me.
