Joe Kittirat Pluemjit

Joe in Thai means kangaroo. An Aboriginal teacher said that the kangaroo is a spirit animal that signifies jumping into new things. 

I was born in Bangkok, Thailand. I enjoy Trekking, hugging trees, relaxing YIN YANG in both hot and cold water, walking on the beach, and playing in the sea. I enjoy conversing with all kinds of living beings to connect with our mutual existence. I dedicate time to meditate and cultivate awareness of both joy and sorrow to resolve inner conflicts. I like to work with dreams both nightdream and while awake to nurture insight and awakening in the process of life, seeking the meaning of existence. 

I spend most of my time facilitating learning processes for people in various areas, conducting research, writing, and creating change on issues that interest me. I also enjoy traveling to new places to meet people and embarking on inner journeys to seek the meaning of life.
