Winitra “Bo” Kaewpila, MD

Hi! I’m Bo—a child and adolescent psychiatrist, PhD candidate in Health Systems Science, and a facilitator in Process Work and Deep Democracy based in Bangkok, Thailand.

I work full-time as faculty at the Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University. My current focus is on mental health systems policy research in Thailand and developing psychosocial support programs for communities often left behind—especially in conflict-affected areas.

I love exploring creative ways to blend Process Work, ACT, Nonviolent Communication, and systems thinking into my teaching and facilitation. I’m part of DDI Thailand and the Southeast Asia Deep Democracy learning community, and I serve as a Harbor Pilot for the DDI International Diploma Program.

I find joy in cozy spaces, making art and beautiful things—and, of course, playing and getting lazy with my cat. 🐾
